Is there a way through webPro to detect if the In-mail is active and functioning?

We re-installed it and defaulted everything we believe. The light on In-Mail blinks every 3 seonds and stays steady on for about a second and a half, but in the manual it talks about a quick blink is that what it is refferring to?

When I press Message from Station 101 I get a "busy" signal...

Why did you default it?

If this is a new install the system has to be registered in order for the CPU to open up some of the applications

What version software?
There were issues with web pro on earlier software versions. One of the problems with web pro was with Inmail

The latest free upgrade version is 1.52
Keep in mind you have to be a NEC certified tech to access their technical web site.

Ok we took the CPU out again, disconnected the card and reconnected it and now it flashes correctly.

Now however we are trying to see if we can record a extension mailbox greeting (1) however it currently will not let us. We also tried recording the Main Auto attendant greeting and we cannot record that either.

Message -> 724 - > 001 -> 4

Also on the DTH-8 phones when we press Message it says no messages, which would leave me to believe that the in-mail is active and working.

Any ideas?
