I hate it when dealers get all secretive- if someone screws it up, I still charge to fix it...

Well, if you need the info THAT IS PUBLIC DOMAIN than PM me. THe dealer gets a CD with every aspire system. Call your dealer and request that CD and tell them that they are in violation of their license for not providing that to the end user.

Can't the Aspire be set up behind a firewall for remote maintenance of the system/voicemail?
