A question was posed to me regarding the Hold Abandon times in Callworx. I checked the Admin Manual and found many statistical definitions, but not this one. Does the HOLD Abandon time calculate the total time of the call before it abandons, or just the time that the call is on HOLD before abandoning?

Hold Abandon time represent the time call would be on HOLD before it Drops or Overflowed.
