Hi,
I just plugged in a external music source to the lower RJ45 jack on the far most left board.
I wondered a few things:
For Music ON Hold, do I need to change the setup from Service tone to External Source?
After I Increase the audio levels the setting didn't stick.
Forgive me, I am new to the Aspire, is there a commit procedure after I am done and do I need to restart the phone system for all of these settings?
I am using the broswer based configuration screen.
Thank you in advance.

Low audio has been fixed, but while background music works, music on hold is either blank or I can get a synthesized tune

Please fill out your profile. Thanks. There are 2 connectors, BGM and MOH. There is a setting in the trunk section of the programming that will define MOH for those trunks the BGM music source. I have found that when the MOH seems low flagging it on in the BGM port seems to work well.
