Does anyone know why a SLIB card would stop working when you try to change the dip switch (2-4) to "off" to enable Caller ID out to the analog stations?

Old SLIB software?? Was this a new card or one from an old system??

I reproduced this problem in my lab..
I assume that the card was put into the system with sw 2-4 on??
If so pull the card out, turn Sw 2-4 to off, Access the switch with WebPro and delete the card. Reseat the card and it should now work.
