We are preparing for a large install of an NEC Aspire system. We are trying to be as professional as possible and make this thing fly flawlessly SO, do any of you know where I can find templates to use for the programmer and end user to set up features and phone keys? This would make everyone here much happier and the customer will be impressed! Thank you

If you have PC Pro 6 & above you can create templates for all the feature keys.
You can set up an extension and copy all settings also.
As far as other settings, that would depend on the hardware configuration, ie. Loop start trunks, ISDN PRI, etc.
You really need to have a certified tech that has been to NEC trining as this system is quite complex.
