I have a user who wants two different mailboxes. One for her "personal" messages ie her user mailbox and then a different mailbox for "general" messages.
I have the voicemail programmed but I need to make a key lamp on her phone when the general mailbox has messages.
If I remember right i need a Feature key with the right code. Anybody have that code?
Or am I way off base?

The best way would be for them to have two different station numbers. Their main station number for their personal stuff and a CAR for the general stuff. Assuming that you are using the inskin Elite mail create a TBox owned by the main user and have the action after the "Greeting" has been played set to "take Message" this way when someone leavesd a message in the TBox it os dropped into their main masilbox. The user can log into thier main mailbox and go "Leave Message" enter the number of the TBox and then record the greeting..

You need to program that key as a dss button with the virtual mailbox & allow vm notification for the extension in cos.
You also might need to create a car for the virtual extension to get it on a key...
