Haveing a problem getting into my voice mail used cosession last week no problem(IPK VMS-2)Today when I log on getting a black screen.Reseated the vm card uninstalled and reinstalled cosession same problem.Allso after trying to login locks up the vm have to power down to get it back on line.Need some help with this problem.

check your baud in the phonebook(cosessions 7.0)-- modem setup try 19200 or 57600. Also make sure you click hang up before you exit....

Have tried all all baud rates,re-installed cosession and tried two different computer.

Up date to this problem null modem cable was bad.
