Is there anyone that can tell me how the Music on Hold gets plugged into this phonesystem and if its punchdown, what pairs etc it is? Also if theres any programming to be done and what the programming instructions is?

Find the 25 pair that is marked alarm or alm. connect to the white /blue pair.
