I am working on a dsx 80 with a T-1 and DID's.I have several analog stations for fax machines with DID's pointed to them.Works fine,the problem I am having is when a fax is going through and another fax tries to come in on the same station it goes to the AA instead of getting a busy.It says "your call did not go through"then goes to main greeting.The analog ports have no mailboxes or station hunting.Any ideas ?? You need to:
put the Fax in its own class of service in (2102)
tweak the corresponding Class of service(1401-09) to have DID CAMP ON set to off
(2115-02)DID INTERCEPT for the fax extension has to be None
|
