I believe we have the problem figured out. The phone company has been out 4 times now and always say everything is fine. We finally went down 15hrs away and checked and it is the lines. The phone company came back out and admited that it is there problem. They have bad cable pairs. Now if they will just fix it.

If the in-mail is the same hardware and software as the NEC Aspire Intra-Mail, and I think it is, it is normal for the low volume.
