Have a new customer with a 192, with incoming calls arriving on DID trunks. The install company set up the main incoming number to ring at a virtual extension number matching the digits of the main DID number. (There is nothing in block 1-1-22 or any other DID-related block.) After about 6 rings, this virtual station forwards to voice mail. Is it possible to set this virtual station to immediately forward to voicemail in night mode, but still follow the 6 or so rings during normal hours?

JBean,
I think when you talk about virtual you mean CAR key
The DID has to be pointed to a CAR key, The CAR key does take physical ports and has to be assign a number in program 4-10, the number that was assign is than entered in program 1-1-22 under either day extenion, night extension or both. Night extension is where you would enter voice mail pilot number. You than set-up either night mode button on a phone or set up the system for automatic switching day/night 1-1-32, 1-1-27
