Hi I am new here. I am trying to install a system I have never dealt with before. I cannot find a programming manual for the 192. I keep finding the IPK manual but no 192. Also do you need a MIFM card in the system to program threw a PC??? Any help would be greatly appreicated.

Yes, you will need the MIF card for pc programming as well as the SAT software loaded on the PC.
99% of the programming in the IPK manual (not IPK II) is the same for the 192. If you have that manual, you're pretty much there.

Check to see if you have keys programmed as Feature Access keys by pressing: [Feature] and the button you want to program. If it is a feature access key, the display will read "UNUSED".
Day/Night Mode: Press [Feature] Press [Redial] dial #80 Press [Answer] Press [Feature] Twice
DSS One-Touch (hotline) keys: Press [Feature] Press [Redial] dial 1 plus the extension # Press [Feature]
All Page: Press [Feature] Press [Redial] dial 1 51 Press [Feature]
Voice Mail Access: Press [Feature] Press [Redial] dial 1 plus the voice mail pilot # Press [Feature]

DSS One-Touch you need to add either 1 or 2 after the extension number, than press feature.
Feature, redial, press button to program, dial 1, extension number, press 1 or 2, feature.
1 equals station ringing when button is pressed. 2 equals hands free answer answer back

I got another question, I have installed the system and everything works except CO6..here is the wierd thing when you try to use the line for outgoing calls it doesn't give you dial tone, (I tested the CO from the demarc so I know that is not the problem) ok so I dial in to the CO 6 and it rings in and can be answered and call is clear and everything...any clues?? did I miss something or is it just a bad CO card????

Check the assignment of Line Key 6.... Press [Feature], then line key 6. Make sure the display reads CO6.
Then in memory block 3-02 make sure line key 1 is lit green (inbound, outbound calls). If line key 2 is lit green it is programmed for inbound calls only.
