Customer has ACD set up on incoming lines for Customer service lines.
One agent when logged in will receive 2-3 beeps when answering calls from outside lines calling in. It will not happen on internal calls only from the outside . When she is logged in and takes a call, as soon as she answers the call she hears the 2-3 beeps in her ear. After that no other indication . Sound is like a truck backing up when she answers.
Could there be a "feature" inadver. put on this extension or do you think it could be a card fault. Set has been changed out and did not make any difference.
Any help would be appreciated.

Was able to clear trouble. Apparently Camp On (during transfer to Busy ext) was activated. Dialed code and cleared problem
