I hope this maybe an easy one but I can't get it sorted.
I am trying to do the following when an incoming call comes in.

Step 1
Rings at Ext 700 only

Step 2
Rings at Ext 700 and 701

Step 3
Rings at Ext 700, 701, 702 and 703.

I can get a 2 step to work but cant seem to get a 3rd step to work.

These are BRI trunks and can either DIL to 700 or be normal trunks, (there are another set of BRI for DID)

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Scar.

Maybe DIL the trunk to a virtual, then put that virtual on the phones listed.

Then you can control when the virtual rings?

Would that work?

For the first two steps yes but you can't add a third delay ring on a virtual unless you have a CFNA to more virtuals which means adding extra virtual keys to the fones. If your trying to ring analog fones as well then your screwed..

Maybe set up a department group for this app.? I have only used them for V-Mail & Fax Servers but maybe this would work set up for no-answer hunting?

Can you use MB 22-08 and set the DIL/IRG No Answer Destination to a differnt ring group that includes 700,701,702, & 704. MB22-01-04 is the timer for the No Answer.

Maybe if you use the virtual setup, but change the delay time for the last 2 phones by changing the timer classes/specs for those exts. It would make it seem like there is a third delay.
