Hey folks, This feature is listed in features & specs. Can't seem to get it working... Customer is on a call... Co-worker intercoms him.... He wants to SEE who is trying to get him.

What is happening, now?
Does intercoming co-worker get voice mail or Ring?
Does customer hear/see intercom call, but simply has no caller-ID?

While he is on a call, his message lamp flashes when a co-worker tries to intercom. No ringing. That's ok...he just wants to see who the intercom call is coming from.

Solution is in block 20-13-06... Must be activated...(1 instead of 0).
