I am using IPK2 and ViewMail for receiving incoming fax. Each extension number 71xx has associated with another virtual extension 72xx for receiving incoming fax. I have problem to forward all incoming call for 72xx to voicemail port 200 by using service code 390 (NEC's 790). I press Speaker then 390 on operator's extension, it shows "CF - All Dest No Split 1: Set 0: Cancel". I have no chance to enter virtual extension number 7213 and voicemail port 200. Could someone kindly tell me how to forward incoming fax for x7213 to voice port 200?

So what you are saying is in the voicemail 72xx exists as the fax mailbox for 71xx ext. ?
My guess would be that the fax DID is routed directly to 72xx which is cfd all to voicemail (200)
Since the pbx won't let you fwd 7213, maybe it doesn't exist?
Just a guess.
In the PBX programming it's Prog 24-09, to set call fwd - if that helps.
What happens if you dial 7213 from an ext? if you get an error tone it isn't programmed.

If I read your post correctly, are you stopping when the LCD displays 1: set & 0: cancel? What happens when you dial 1? Does it allow you to enter 72XX then 200?

Yes, voicemail 72xx exists as the fax mailbox for 71xx ext.
Yes, fax DID is routed directly to 72xx which is cfd all to voicemail (200) for most of fax DIDs.
The problem is my phone vendor is so poor and no technical in that company who could help me so I can't add fax voicemail for new subscribers.
I have fax ID 7213 for extension 7113 in subscriber setting.
I dial my working fax DID x7211 and I could hear "fax for xxxx" then I hear fax tone. I got busy tone when I dial x7213 from an extension and I got continuously ringing tone if I dial x7213 from outside line.
Here is what I did in order to transfer fax DID to voicemail. Speaker >790 (our 390)> CF - All Dest No Split 1: Set 0: Cancel" > dial 1 > "Call-All Dest No Split ICM DIAL" > press 7213 > I got busy tone and unable to enter 200 for voicemail.
Thanks for the responses and I hope I could get solution from this website since there no way to get further support from this poor NEC authorized reseller.

It sounds like 7213 is not in the IPK II database. Let's try this for fun...try to cancel all forward & DND settings for 7213, then try to dial that extension internally. If you still get a busy, then 7213 does not exist & will have to be set up in your IPK II database.

Thanks for the advice. I found x7213 is not in ICM Extension list. How to add it in?

You'll want to add it as a virtual ext in Prog. 11.
It doesn't matter what port you put it on. Just us an unused one.

With great assistances from you, I finally completed the left over tasks which poorly done by a NEC authorized dealer in Hayward, CA. I feel proud and sad that a user has to learn these technical skills from poor PBX installation.
Thanks again.

Glad we could help and sorry for your bad experience.
I've installed over 150 IPK II systems and no 2 are alike. You should be able to admin your own system, but keeping the software level up to date will be your vendor's task.
Good luck finding a new vendor.
