We changed our system out with a new out of box. Now the CID works every other time and or not at all on all three lines. Now what?

We changed our system out with a new out of box Now the CID works every other time and or not at all on all three lines. did it work every time on line two before the change ? if you put the old KSU back does it still work every time on two ? have you talked to NEC tech support ?

We had called in and they moved us to the software engineer but he never called us back. As you know they don't give out their numbers. I will be on the phone tomorrow morning. Thanks for all of your help. The entire group has been a great help

Just to bring everyone up on what it was required to get the CID to work. We moved the system options to short distance tested everything works great.

db, just to clarify the options. Do you mean Line Settings> 3103 >loop length=short, med, long loop ?????
I don't see any other options in System for distance.
