Is the MOH input for this phone system rca? And does it require programming to activate the MOH?

Depends on what system. All you have given us is a type of telephone set. Please be more specific of what system you have.

SORRY, I HAVE A NEC DTERM80 AND THE IPAK DTERM. DOES THAT HELP?

Yes, what ever system you have it will require programming to turn on MOH.
If you require only 1 MOH source, you will use the RCA. On the IPK system if more than one MOH sources are needed you would program one of the available trunks as MOH and terminate to the trunk port.
On the IPK II if more than one MOH source is needed you would need a PGD unit, and this terminates to one of the digital station port.
