A tech replaced the KSU on a ds-2000 a a few days ago. My customer just called and told me that ever since he left the DND light has been flashing and he can't turn it off. In order to use the system restore feature he had to install version 2.11.05. I am wondering if he forgot to slide the switch to "run" from "boot" and if being in the boot position would even cause this to happen. I can't find anything in the manuals. Any ideas? Im trying to avoid a long drive to this location for something I could take care over the phone. (I hope) Thanks, Ted

At the offending station:
Press PGM + CFWD + NONE
This should clear a Call FWD.

If the above does not clear the flashing DND button, then do the following at station 300 press #229
