We are using IPK2 and Dterm Series E phones. Only single extension plays music-on-hold music through phone speaker all day long even phone is not been used.
Any idea how to remove this kind of annoying music?
Thanks in advance.

Someone has inadvertently activated the background music feature. I don't know that system, but if you have a user's guide, you should be able to find out how to turn BGM off.
From what I can see, if you pres the Feature key and dial 26, you can toggle BGM on and off.

I resolved the problem from your hint by dial service code 725 to turn off background music.
You're great. Thanks.
