I presently have 9 NEC DSX display phones with bad displays that no longer warrenteed with the Manufacturer. These where in a lot produced during the 25th week of 2006 We have found many of these in the past being faulty during this time period. Up to now we have been sending them in for repair, however now since they are 2 years old NEC's coverage has expired for this repair, we requested they ship us the parts and we will fix the problem in the field, their policy does not suport this request. I would like to purchase 15-20 of these display assemblys from any source available and forgoe the shipping back to NEC repair which will cost approxiamatly 50% of the original cost of each of these phones

WOW! I was ASTOUNDED by the reponse that I recieved on this issue from DSX Deus and the repair department at NEC . Within 4 Hrs DSX Deus was on the case, the next day day the RMA & replacement order was put in. Yesterday December 14, at 7:30 AM the 9 replacement phones were it my door Doing the math that comes up to 3 business days to make this adjustment. I am again truly greatful for the continuing support that we recieve from the FIRST CLASS NEC team, which we have the pleasure of working with for 30+ years.

DSX Deus is awesome. I had a similar response from the NEC team after I discovered a problem with call waiting caller id. Their response was quick and expansive and I couldn't have asked for a better support team. They are top notch. I absolutely love their DSX product line. NEC is "da bomb!"
