Is there a quick way for the customer to check there system and tell me what software they have? There system is a 124. I know on the Aspire you can do a check and hold and view what software is installed.

If it's not a big deal with you, just show them how to access programming. If I'm not mistaken, you don't even have to give them the password. The moment they begin the process, it will show in the display what the version is. To exit, they reset the handset.
