Not sure if anyone would be able to help, but we are looking to change our travel time charges becuase we think we may be losing out. Does anyone charge travel using travel zones, and if so how did you set them up? Any other thoughts about travel billing is appreciated! Thanks!

we charge $45 if it's within 1hr drive from office and then $45 an hr after that, and at least in the portland metro area that is what most of the telecom's charge.

Anything in the Denver Metro area is a standard trip charge, outside of that area we charge $38 per hour for travel.

We're charging $35.00/hr. in the Western Pennsylvania area. We've held these rates for about 2-1/2 years and are considering an across-the-board increase on both travel and service rates.
