Does anyone have a cheat sheet that I can give to my customer on how to prg speed dials on the 8100?
Any help would be appreciated, as NEC does not have user guides for the customer.
We have given them the 72 pg user guide on CD but it is confusing.
Thanks.

I have user guide cheat sheets for the IPK11/ SV8100 that includes prgramming station and system speed dials. If you would like I can attach them as soon as I get home this evening.

Is the system connected to their network?
If so it should be as easy as accessing program 13-02.
