System: IPK VM Elitemail
I thought there was a MB that I could use to define how long a an incoming call rang before the AA answered it. I tried 1-1-17 but that is system wide.

I don't have a memory block 1-1-17 in my manual. There are a couple different ways to set up delay ring to the Elitemail.
What kind of service do you have, PRI, T-1 or CO Lines?

If line is analog, DIT 3-42, delay timer 3-61

That is the delay ring timer for CO lines programmed in memory blocks 4-01 & 02.
What kind of service do you have, PRI, DID, T-1, CO Line?

My mistake, what I recommended is what I have done when customers want a particular line delayed to a voice mail box not AA

If you are using a VRS card, the memory block is 1-4-13 to delay the message.

There are several ways for delay to auto attendent I find this is the easiest: Do not use MB 4-01 or 02 for delay on the voicemail ports, use 4-42 and 43 for DIT to the voicemail pilot in day and night. Then in MB 3-61 is DIT/ANA delay answer timer, each line key bumps up the timer in seconds. If you want auto attendent to asnwer immediatley at night then make sure MB 3-64 is no ( default ).
