Is anyone familiar with the IPKII ACD MIS suite? There's client software for the agents to monitor the Queues in real time. After battling to even get the installer to run (due to a newer version of the .NET framework) it finally installed. But it doesn't appear to actually do anything...mean to say according to the manual the queues should be displayed, on-hold # etc. but all I get is a blank. it's probably easier to understand by seeing an image: https://alderwoodgroup.com/ACD_.jpg I've checked the MIS server application and it is running as I do get the initial option to choose the agent then the above. I've also looked at 41-xx to verify there is not a setting needed there as well, but all seems to be in order. I'm probably just missing something simple. thanks

Log the agent out, then back in again.

Rickman, I have verified the ACD server address and the initial agent select screen does show up, so there is connection to the ACD server as it is polling the db to get a list of agents. Likewise I can use other functions of the Agent Client such as sending messages via the application, so i'm confident that network is complete. I'm just not getting any love from the application after the agent is selected. as seen above. I have other components of the suite that work flwless with the same server settings such as reporting and ACD monitor as well as the ACD admin works on remote computers. The only element thats being quirky is the Agent Client. It should be noted that it is running on Port 8080 which it selected by default, but I don't get the option to choose the agent to sign in if that is changed.
IPKII,
I tried this just now with no change in the outcome. I've left them logged in and restarted the app, left the app going and logged them in & out of the ACD. same outcome.
There HAS to be something wrong with this release of the Client. Can someone verify the most current release of the IPKII ACD Agent Client? My version is 2.1.0.0

The latest version of ACD MIS for the IPK2 is ACD-MIS Software Suite v2.2.0.0. This version had allot of bug fixes and has sorted out most of the problems we had here. There is still one report that will not work. The Agent login/Rest report.

I haven't seen that Framework error message. Do you have .NET 1 installed as well?? Framework .NET 1.1 is normally installed as a part of the ACD MIS install..

Occasionally I have had to remove .net 2.0 that was pre-exisiting on the agent's PC and then install .net 1.1 to work with the ACD suite.

So, you think it's a .NET thing?... I admit, I did have to hack the installer database not to ask me for v 1.1... I wonder if that app needs specific versions of the libraries that changed in subsequent .NET versions? all in all pretty poor programming if that is the case.
