Hello all,
This morning I adjusted our system's time (NEC Electra Elite). I adjusted both the internal time and the display time, something I've done many times before.
Today the incoming calls are going to auto attendant. We're not able to grab them at all, all we get are voice mails. That's not good.
I quadruple-checked the system time to make sure I selected am/pm correctly (and it is correct). I didn't mess with the schedules at all. Any ideas on what might have happened?
Thanks in advance, Dave

The system is still in night mode.
If the system schedule is set for day mode to start at 8:00 and the system clock shows 7:45am and you change the time to 8:00 AM the system will stay in night mode, if you set the clock to 7:59am the system will go into day mode at 8:00am. There will be a black box on the left side of the time to indicate night mode.
Press feature 80 feature to change modes
