Will be installing this system with a PRI. Six numbers will be coming in on the PRI. Two of them I want to ring multiple phones. The other four will go to Intramail auto attendant initially, in a few months this will be changed so that each one of the four will ring an individual phone. I have not yet set up a PRI on an Aspire. 22-09, 22-10 and 22-11 appear to be the menus I use to set this up, but I'm not sure exactly how to set this up. For example, where do I tell an incoming call to either ring a group of phones or go to the AA? Any help would be appreciated?

It's all done in the DID routing tables. I suggest using PCPro or WEBpro for this.

I am using Webpro. I just don't completely understand what program fields I need to use to route incoming calls. If I want an incoming number routed to a specific phone I would put that extension in 22-11-02? What if I want that number to go to Intramail AA or to a ring group?

Follow the DID/PRI programming in the manual. There many places you have to adjust for this to happen. I mean, when everything is programmed correct, its the routing tables that do everything.

To have a single DID ring in to multiple phones, you can point the DID to a Virtual Extension which is then assigned to a button on each of those phones.

22-11 assigns the DIDs to extensions and virtuals.

You can also point a DID to a ring group and it gets rid of the VE button that you have to have.

How do I get a DID pointed at a ring group? Is the ring group considered the target number? Would the same be true of the in skin voicemail?

You leave the target number blank 22-11. And assign the ring group for vacant intercept in 22-12. You can do the same with inskin V-mail just use ring group 102 in 22-12 for each night service mode used.
