System set in nightmode for after hours and weekends, reset to daymode for working hours. During nightmode, outside caller gets initial greeting and can access directory by dialing 411.
Problem: when dialing to an extension it just rings at the extention and does not go to the person's mailbox. I know that this is probably something simple for you wizards.

I am going to purchase CoSessions this week and have been programming through base extention and I have manuals.

A little help before my boss flips would be appreciated.

I guess I'm the wizard.

Go to each station, pick up handset, dial 43 then 300, then hang up.

Works like a charm.

That's right, assuming the voice mail pilot extension is 300.
