I work on DS 1000 and DS 2000 but have not worked on a D term-80. Received a call about a phone system not working. I was wondering if a re-boot would help this situation out. I do not know where the re-boot button is located and was also wondering if we could just power down by unplugging the power. thanks

80 is i-series. I think this phone works on IPS and Elite out of the box, and can be configured to work on IVS2.
W.Eric... Go find the room with all the wires sticking out of the wall. Look for a big box that connects to all of those wires and says NEC on the side. Then tell us what color it is:
White plastic, no stripes
White metal, vertical blue stripe on the left edge
Dark Blue plastic, no stripes
Dark blue plastic with diagonal royal-blue stripes
Other.
