We just started maintaining IPK clients and when I was at a site yesterday I performed a download of the system using the SV8100 PC pro prg. It seemed to work fine. Is this the same prg used for the IPK ?

You mean the IPK II, on the most part yes it is the same, however I still use the IPK II PC pro when down loading from the IPK II and SV8100 PC pro when down loading from that system.

I Agree with Dan,According to NEC,PC PRO for the 8100 should work,But I use PC PRO for IPK II for downloading and Uploading.(you Never Know) :thumb:

I think the issue here is that IPKII pcpro was a licenced product that you had to buy an activation key for, while SV8100 pcpro is available to anyone that can access the NEC downloads page.
