I am trying to load software into a new NEC 2000 IPS switch. It will load everything until it gets about half way into the options and freezes up and times out. I have tried at 9600 and 57600 with no results. I have preformed a D-Load on the system and tried again with no success. Can anyone help?

Make sure you are using a real serial port, not a USB to serial adapter.
