I have a customer who has an IPK-II we somehow got the service work on. I have some knowledge about the IPK-II and its VM but not a lot. Well anyway when the receptionist deletes messages in her mailbox they appear in another admins mailbox. Now my question is, is there a auto message forward feature in the V-mail or is there something else I should be looking for?

You need to turn off public messages & public message notification for the other users mailbox. When you make someone an admin user it turns these options on. Hope this helps.
