Please, I'm having trouble resetting the password for the voicemail. i went in to the configuration but i couldn't find it and i don't know if a can do it from the phone.
Please help

You should Be able to Delete the Password for That Ext. Though System Manager, You Should be able to Get there From The Operator Phone.

Depends on the voicemail system type. DO you know if you have an inmail or a VMP voicemail?

Sorry I was Assuming you were Talking about a VMP, the Insructions I PM'ed you are For the VMP. I'm Not sure if the Inmail works the Same.
