To make things easier for Rickman, it might help if those needing a headset button would find the box on the wall that all the telephone wires go into -- it's usually in a closet somewhere, or a bathroom, or a break room -- and tell us what it says on the box. Also, the color and size would help, and any stripes if present -- i.e. "navy box with royal blue diagonal stripes" or "navy blue box, no stripes" or "tan box with vertical blue stripe."
This will determine what model of phone system your Dterm 80 phones are connected to (there are at least three possible, and all program differently).
BTW, if there is no available button, I sometimes use the ANS key, since few people use it for its intended purpose.

I need some help too. I've got the Dterm80 phone and can't figure out what to do about the headset. What do I buy, and how do I install. I don't have the phone system info, so where can I find that?
