I have a DS2000 that I am installing. The voicemail system is an Intramail. I programmed everything including the pilot 700, Answer table 1, Dial Action Table 1,
Programs that I have used to configure this are the following:
#8008-Dial Action Table
#8007-Answer Table
#1003-Trunk Options -D-Term on each port for Night/Day
Other than that I programmed the voicemail system directly for the auto attendant on the 000, and 001 for the greetings with the override off.
I am totally stumped!!!!

Sorry to fill in the AA is picking up the lines automatically whenever a call rings in regardless of the telephone line, and I would like to program it to ring in 5 times, then transfer to the AA, and also have 2 seprate Day/Night Menu's....

Set 1003 to key ring for day mode and key ring for night mode. This will allow your phones to ring....default is about 4 rings.
Then go to set your auto attendant to answer the day and times you want to go to 001 for your day message. Leave other times to go to 000.

The phones are currently ringing with the auto attendant turned off does that matter?

In 1003: Day = Key ring, Overflow = yes, Destination = 700. For Night I do: Night = 700, overflow = no.
In 8007: Over ride = no, Over ride box = 003, Default box = 001 (my night box), then under "entry type" I input the "range" for days of week for box 000 (my day box),start Monday, end Friday,
In 0401 you can change the Trunk Revert timer to 20 seconds for approx 5 rings.
