New system fresh install.
5 co lines 4 ext
I can call in to the system (no auto attendant setup) and it rings to the phones, however when answered it sounds horrible. line cracks, muffed voice...just bad. (caller id works however)
When I am on an extension to make an outgoing call I can select the line, however it either (1) gets dial tone, then hangs up after about 3-5 seconds with me dialing or not....
(2) lets me dial a number yet then disconnects the line no ring
doing a direct "TEST" phone connection to the CO line off the punch block I get a clean dial tone and can make outgoing calls with no issues and it sounds crystal clear....
Any ideas...?

If a reset does not help, try replacing the CO trunk card.
