I have seen this happen when the elitemail LX is set for IPKII in the SYSTEM setup instead of IPK. You'll have to re-boot the voicemail after you make this change.
Also Check settings for 4-42. This will affect the integration with the LX voicemail, but not the standard elitemail, it's a glitch.
Check these 2 things and I bet you'll solve your problem.

Software on the IPK has to be up to date for proper intergration with the LX

May I ask how up to date it needs to be, I can only find the R3 firmware for my IPK1 down in Australia
Will anything newer run ok in OZ ? Was hoping for SMDR over IP but found out it is only supported on R4.5 or higher :-(

The last software for the IPK1 in Ozz was 3001 which was a bug fix.. From memory the main fix was DECT wireless.
