I have a customer with a 384i and a 124i connected via t-1 drop and insert.The 124i end cannot put an incoming co call to 384i transferred to them on hold.Any ideas on what program restricts this?

Are the T-1 trunks rectricted in any manner to the extensions receiving calls accross the point2point. Check your t-1 trunks for trunk group and access map in 0911. Set all trunks for full access.
