Hello,
We've made some changes that are requiring that we change one of the extensions that results from our auto-attendant's "Press 1 for..." greeting.
I've not been down this road before, is anyone able to get me pointed in the right direction?
Thanks, Dave

Depends on what voicemail system you have.
The programming is similar on all the NEC/Active Voice systems, but how you connect to them and set it up depends on which system you have.
Can you tell us which phone system and voicemail you have?

You will need co-sessions software and a null-modem 9 pin cable to attach to the front of the VM card.
If your laptop/pc does not have a serial port you will also need a USB/serial adapter.
If you don't have co-sessions, I would highly recommend having a tech visit your site and install the software for you and show you how to use it. What you pay for the 60-90 minute visit will save you so much grief and frustration in getting the software setup.
If you want to find the software, we'll be more than happy to try to get you going.
