Can you disable the ability for users to check messages from the outside? (9+mailbox number).
Just an odd request I got from a customer.

You can try changing the 1 digit dialing for 9 in your opening box. I have never tried it, like you said its a odd request.

As Dan says or change the personal ID in the users mailbox from something like 9115 to $115. Bit hard to dial a DTMF $..
