My customers NEC DSX40's Intramail just decided to no longer pickup on inbound calls??? You can call the voicemail internally, and the system administrator box is setup inside the voicemail for 801...But when you call in it just infinite rings..Not sure what is going on, I reloaded the programming from a previous config as well as the current config and NO CHANGES!

Any ideas?

The voice mail ports are 500 501 502 503 see if it picks up if not check program #3112 lines should be term to 700.

Have you tried power cycling the phone system? Sometimes it cures the little gremlins that come about.

Make sure #3112 overflow is set to 700 and activated.
