How can I setup multiple calls to ring the same Virtual Extension. If the first call is actively ringing, the second call gets a busy signal. On the SV8100 there is a field for call queing on COS but not in UX5000

Program the Virtual into a Department group and program the Department group to ring.

you can set the virtual to hop off. when a call comes in on a virtual and is answered it will jump from the virtual key to call 1 key on the phone.. second call will hop off to call 2... and the third will stay on the virtual key itself... if you need more than 3 call appearances of the same number than dil it to a ring group and put some loop keys on the phone... by the way to set the ve to hop off go to 20-04-01 and set it to release ve after incoming call answered
