Was this system working before displays died? What type of cards are in the switch and what slots?

He says he came in the AM to find all displays dead.

Maybe a power supply card-it has a DC looking connector.

Sounds like a CPU lockup.
You may have to pull the battery and reset, which will mean the entire system will need a re-program.
Let us know what happens.

You are correct....I am at the lost program point now. It was suggested to do it again to pick up the lines and have all the cards in place. I had brought it up with just the 2 cards in place and the lines didn't come up. So I will try that tommorrow....Thanks...I'll let you know.

bring the power on with the battery strap pulled and all the cards in place.
The system will auto assign the cards and phones, but you'll have quite a bit to do to get it to work properly.
If you're an end user, unless you can afford the downtime and hassle, I would highly suggest a visit from a certified tech. A good tech could get you going in a couple of hours.
