I have a customer with an Elite IPX 5 years old. It has 5 phones and 2 lines, no voice mail. Maybe alittle overkill here.
All phones have a dead display and the ports have a fast clicking sound.
The analog ports have battery, but no dial tone. They had never been used.
Any help on the outage?.....Will the phones work with older NEC systems? He wants me to swap it out if it is too expensive. Looks like a fine system, maybe more than he needs.

Yes....I believe it was on the cabinet. I am alittle familiar with the Electra, but this one use one pair per port.

It has a CPU U10(maybe 100) ETU 241c
When I poke that card in the eye, it just blinks once above the red light then goes back to solid red.
All cards have power lights. The analog has clear battery only.

Look on the side of the Cabinet, what is the Model No.?

Never heard of a Electra Elite IPX, It has to a IPK.
