Is there a way to remotely switch on/off night mode for the Aspire-S using either the web interface or PCPro? I've seen how to program it, and set a button for it on an extension, but occasionally the staff forgets to push the button before closing.
Since our business hours are somewhat erratic, automating night mode switching is not an option at this time.
(I am in a remote office 90 minutes drive away.) Thanks in advance!

Best bet would be to set a scheldule for that day and turn on Automatic Night mode switching.

I'm pretty sure you can change service modes with UserPro. Go to the Aspire ip, enter the extension of the phone that changes service modes as your user name, enter your password and you're in. Unless the default programming has changed there should be a service modes drop down on the main page.
It's been a while since I messed with one so I hope this is correct.

Thanks, I'll see if I can acquire the software from our supplier.
