Hello Experts I connect 2000ips and SV8100 with IP-Kccis to IP ccis. SV8100 call to 2000ips is normal but 2000ips call to SV8100 is fault. Can any one help?
My pbx is Nec 2000 IPS, cp is CP24D software version is 10 with 8-IPLA program to virtual IPT.
My SV8100 software is 2.2 with 32-IPLA.
TCP Server Port is 57000. TCP Client Port is 59000.

On my test. U Law can't connect K-CCIS to CCIS for SV8100 Version 2.2. Upgrade to Version 3.0 and the connect is Normal.

I had to upgrade my IPS2000 CPU to R14 and upgrade the 32IPLA to E1 and now mine is working.
