Lookin for some help. I have a customer that has this system. They added a new line. I terminated it on what is marked 093. I called The new number and it rings to the wrong extension.
I need to have 093 ring x1312 (016) and x1286 (023). I can access CAT but do not know the program seq to accomplish this task. Any help would be great.
Thanks Stew

Determine trunk port assigned to port 093. cm10>093>Dxxx. Check ringing assingment in cm 3003 & 3004. There are a few other items, compare to existing ringing assignments.
