I see in programming the call routing box is set up, but I dont know how to record a greeting or how to set up digit translation for dialing parties, dialing emergency mail boxes..... help

Single digit dialing is accomplished in program 47-13 "Dial Action Tables".
Generally station port 01 (station 101) is the voice mail's system administrator. You can set up any mailbox to be Sys Admin in program 47-02-12.
To record greeting, access the mailbox of station 101. Press 7 2, Press 4 for "Instruction" menu, enter 1 for routing box 1. Press 7 to record.
